Job Responsibilities:

• Assist management in monitoring daily operations and maintenance at the laundry plants;
• Follow and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure smooth workflow;
• Work closely with all levels of staff to understand operational issues, report key findings and suggest improvement plans to management;
• Handle general correspondence, customer inquiries, and basic complaint resolution;
• Support administration tasks including daily expense claims, procurement and proposals;
• Support HR functions including manpower planning, workers’ work schedule and attendance, interview and on-boarding;
• Support implementation of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

• Secondary education or above;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in laundry operations or related fields;
• Basic knowledge of laundry machines, equipment and maintenance work;
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work independently;
• Strong communication skills and good command of both English and Chinese.
