職位內容

資格

A Bachelor's degree or above qualification in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
DSAL 150-hours Safety Supervisor Course or Registered Safety Officer or equivalent) is an advantage
At least 8 years (with at least 3 years as Crane or relevant Manager)
Languages: Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Immediate available is preferred.

工作範疇

Supervise daily workshop operations, including task scheduling and resource planning.
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on crane , heavy vehicles and truck-mounted cranes.
Lead, support, and mentor technicians, apprentices, and support staff.
Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of both planned maintenance and emergency breakdown response.
Communicate effectively with operations, logistics, and management teams.
Maintain workshop standards in line with health & safety and compliance regulations.
Be available for flexible work hours.
Prior experience in the crane industry or rigging operations.
