資格

  • Degree in Civil / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years relevant site experience in the capacity of site inspection work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Well organized and independent
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Immediate available is preferred.

工作範疇

  • Provide construction site administration and prepare related documents
  • Supervise contractors' works to ensure their compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Conduct on-site inspections and monitor work progress
  • Coordinate with project consultants and contractors on all matters and performance on site
  • Prepare necessary reports, record and information to facilitate the valuation of works
