Senior Foreman / Foreman Job in 建築 in 所有澳門特別行政區地區 - Job Description

職位內容

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct and organize construction supervision team to carry out construction works according to the approved method statement and program
Work with the project manager to plan for subcontractors’ manpower resources and equipment
Arrange progress meeting and manage subcontractors to ensure the completion of project according to the budget, program and quality
Monitor and control the material wastage. Arrange the construction sequence properly with the effective use of equipment. Minimize the wastage and double handling
Assist in providing relevant data and records with time and cost implications for claims
Review daily reports, day work records, double handling or abortive work records
Enforce safety regulations and take appropriate precautionary measures
Work with the Compliance Department to carry out quality inspection and self-checking according to the approved Quality Plan and Safety Plan
Inspect and approve subcontractors’ work in progress

Requirements:

Certificate in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
At least 10 years or above relevant experience in Building Construction projects
Past working experience in a supervisory level in overseeing large-scale construction project would be an advantage
Self-discipline and good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Foreman
Macau ID Holder & Immediate available are preferred
