• Develop and implement overall procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency, operational workflows, and vendor management;
• Ensure strict compliance with all Company policies, Purchasing Standard Operating Procedures and ethical standards across all procurement activities;
• Lead designated procurement services including sourcing, tendering, price negotiation and contract development in a timely and quality manner, to ensure cost effective and adequate supply;
• Identify, evaluate, and manage purveyors to ensure the best operational risk adjusted prices, terms, and quality of goods;
• Verify, supervise and track the full cycle of all Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders and Capital Expenditure Applications (CEA), and secure necessary authorizations and approvals in accordance with the Company policy and regulations;
• Oversee the flow of goods, receiving records, shipping, transportation and custom declaration administration;
• Follow up on product delivery issues with consignees to confirm quality and quantity standards;
• Train, mentor, and lead all team members and apply constructive coaching or disciplinary actions when required to deliver the best service and achieve company and department goals;
• Perform other related strategic and operational duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of solid procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role;
• Strong strategic procurement, negotiation, and leadership skills with deep product knowledge and excellent communication ability;
• Professional diploma in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing & Materials Management (e.g., CIPS, CPM) is an advantage.
