What’s the role?

The Associate Director of Operations will be the right hand person to Ms. Cristie Chan, the Operations Director for Macau. It’s a full time role, working with our clients to plan, execute, and deliver in-person, virtual and hybrid events and campaigns for clients across Asia, and delivering globally. It will also manage the team. This role is particularly focused on our Macau-based clients, as such interested candidates based in Macau should apply as well, and those based in Hong Kong should anticipate frequent travel to and stay in Macau for work.

Responsibilities:

• At least 10yrs in agency, delivering events of all sizes and types.
• Project team management experience
• Experience leading proposals from initial RFP to management of the prop. process (timeline, staffing, budgeting, document development)
• Strong technical and production experience. This is not a technical role, but the right candidate will have a solid current understanding of event technologies (AV systems, production and staging methods/ approaches, virtual platforms) and be able to lead teams and work with vendors in this capacity.
• Cantonese required - as much of this role will be working with local vendors and clients.

• Individual Project Quality oversight
• Large Project lead
• Proposal Oversight – Production & Tech
