• Working in partnership with clients to develop events from concept to completion. Including Production, planning and the execution of events. This role requires an innovative and creative outlook with a view to continuously improve and wow our clients.
• Supporting the event managers on projects and working with various internal teams for the design, development, production and execution of event concepts and budget proposals.
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with clients, partners and key suppliers.
• Support follow through of projects, ensuring proper closure by finalizing accounts and post project reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated or above in related disciplines
• Experience in Events/Exhibitions Industry is a definite advantage
• Good command of both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a definite advantage)
• Overseas travels from time to time depending on project needs
• Passionate about creating unique special events.
• Hardworking, meticulous and detail oriented.
• Able to support various aspects of project delivery from concept to completion (both back end and client facing).
• Keen on finding solutions to the challenges found in diversities of projects
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
