Head of Surveillance

Job Description

Overview: Responsible for the security and surveillance operations of the casino, needing substantial experience in casino surveillance management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement surveillance strategies to prevent fraud, theft, and other illegal activities in the casino.
• Oversee the operation of the surveillance system, including cameras, audio monitoring, and data storage.
• Train and manage a team of surveillance officers.
• Conduct investigations into security incidents and report findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with all security – related regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Work with other departments to enhance overall casino security.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in casino surveillance, with 4 years in a management role.
• In – depth knowledge of surveillance technology and security procedures.
• Strong investigative and problem – solving skills.
• Ability to handle high – pressure situations and make quick decisions.
