Administrative Assistant

 Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Good housekeeping, updating and documentation of records

Requirement:
- Pleasant and responsible
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is advantage
