Your Role:
UFC Is seeking Front desk sales advisors for Macau’s first international health club. Advisors must have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong referral base and retain members.

As the first line of contact at UFC GYM, you are well-versed in all aspects of our business complying with company policies, procedures and directives. Client Specialists are key to developing lasting client relationships through providing superior hospitality and assisting clients with class selections, bookings, and questions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
• Ensuring clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly, and have a memorable experience
• Assist clients, providing directions with any questions or concerns - deliver first class client experience at all times
• Ensure a clean atmosphere at all times by assisting in cleaning, restocking, and upkeep as needed
• Maintain product knowledge for all gym operations and products
• Participate in all relevant training and development programs and meetings as directed by management
• Answering calls, responding to email and enquiries in an efficient and friendly manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Confidence to perform on an commission based salary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly attitude
• Passion for health and fitness
• Enjoy working within a team
• Strong time management skills and practices
• Fully flexible - willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be fluent in Cantonese - English and mandarin is preferable
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior
• Ability to prioritize and work within a fast-paced environment
• Available to work on shift
