The Enterprise Solution Architect provides Group-wide architecture leadership, establishing technology standards, roadmaps and solution governance across STDM. The role guides departmental and BU IT teams, shapes architecture for major transformation and modernization initiatives, and ensures technology investments are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with business priorities. It also oversees the technology portfolio to identify risks, duplication and modernization opportunities and provides technical assurance across solution delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain Group-wide enterprise architecture standards, principles and technology roadmaps;
- Provide architecture leadership and guidance to departmental and BU IT teams;
- Lead solution architecture for major transformation, modernization, integration, data and AI initiatives;
- Govern solution design and technology selection for business fit, security, resilience, scalability, cost and maintainability;
- Review the Group technology portfolio and recommend consolidation, risk reduction and modernization priorities;
- Provide technical direction and assurance to delivery teams and vendors, ensuring solutions aligned with approved architecture and Group standards.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture, applications, integration, data, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity;
- Strong skills in technology strategy, architecture governance, solution assessment and modernization, with effective stakeholder management, technical leadership and executive communication skills.
