Head of Support – Staff transportation/ Housekeeping DH


Job Description

Overview: Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of staff transportation and housekeeping support services in the casino, requiring senior – level experience in managing support services in the casino industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for staff transportation and housekeeping services.
  • Manage the staff transportation system, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.
  • Oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring high – quality cleaning and maintenance of casino facilities.
  • Hire, train, and manage a large team of transportation and housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet their support service needs.
  • Monitor and control the budget for support services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in managing support services in a casino, with 4 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership and people – management skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation and housekeeping best practices in the casino environment.
