Job Responsibilities: • Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, identify and explain room features to guests. • Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. • Follow up on any outstanding requests or problems from the previous shift. Job Requirements: • High school diploma and above. • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Mandarin and English with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding.
