西餐廚師

職責
 
  • 負責廚房日常烹調工作，如：清洗、切菜、烹調、上碟、裝飾等等。
  • 配菜時注意規格和份量，嚴格按照標準執行。
  • 定期檢查及確保食材新鮮及供應充足，並於缺貨前通知上司，採購部補貨。
  • 清潔及保持工作區域的環境衛生。按指引及程序定時清洗及消毒切板、工作枱及爐具等等。
  • 對厨房設備維護保養，確保設備能正常使用。如發現故障，要立即通知副主厨。
  • 協助副主廚制定菜單及改進食物之烹飪方法及研發新菜式。

要求

  • 必須年滿18歲
  • 1年以上之廚房經驗
  • 願意輪班工作
  • 積極正面的工作態度，有團隊合作精神
  • 持西餐基礎或專業烹調證書課程優先考慮
  • 可即時上班者優先考慮
