• Supervise & train the BOH team in all operation duties for the shop • Prepare our signature bread & pastries (Croissant, Danish, Puff Pastry, Cookies, Baguette, etc) • Assist Pastry Head Chef and develop new products on menu • Supervise food preparation and food hygiene standards • Report maintenance issues of all BOH areas and equipment to Pastry Head Chef • Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout shift. • Complete daily food orders • Train and manage junior staff • Oversea Trainning will be provided • Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant chief baker • 監督和培訓團隊完成所有日常指定工作 • 準備我們的特色麵包和糕點(牛角包、丹麥麵包、酥皮糕點、曲奇、法式長棍麵包等等) • 協助甜品主廚開發新產品 • 監督食品製備與食品衛生標準 • 向主廚報告所有廚房和設備的維護問題 • 在整個輪班期間監控所準備食物的品質和所供應食物的份量。 • 培訓和管理初級員工 • 會有海外培訓 • 經驗較少的候選人將被考慮擔任助理首席麵包師
