Key responsibilities - Identify and fix technical problems related to software applications through debugging and analysis. - Evaluate product code according to specifications for alignment to product expectations. - Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration and Regression) on the software including post-release/ post-implementation testing. - Offer expert assistance to users experiencing issues, often handling escalated, complex problems that a first-level help desk cannot resolve. - Work with other internal or external teams to communicate end-user issues and advocate for bug fixes or feature enhancements based on customer feedback. - Work closely with developers, project and production team. Job requirements - Critical thinker, proactive and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent attention to detail. - Good written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese or Mandarin. - Ability to work in a team environment with knowledge of casino products will be an advantage. - Time management and organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities. - Proactive attitude with continuous learning mindset. - Strong knowledge of specific software, debugging, and troubleshooting is essential. Experience with databases, scripting, or specific programming languages like Java can be beneficial.
