• Supervise & train the BOH team in all operation duties for the shop
• Prepare our signature bread & pastries (Croissant, Danish, Puff Pastry, Cookies, Baguette, etc)
• Assist Pastry Head Chef and develop new products on menu
• Supervise food preparation and food hygiene standards
• Report maintenance issues of all BOH areas and equipment to Pastry Head Chef
• Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout shift.
• Complete daily food orders
• Train and manage junior staff
• Oversea Trainning will be provided
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant chief baker
