We are looking for Assistant Resort Manager for Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, the key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Responsible for the operational management and profitability of the Resort.
  • Organizes, plans, and directs the Resort’s operations and functions, to achieve the Hotel goals and objectives.
  • Oversees the development of processes that align to the mission and strategies of the Resort.
  • Reviews the Resort sales performance against budget to ensure profitability.
  • Monitors operational performance and leads the team to ensure a high standard of service is delivered in a friendly and personalized manner.
  • Evaluates in all aspects of the Resort's operation and makes recommendations for changes as needed.
  • Stays interfaces with guests on a regular basis to maintain good relationships and obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
  • Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position in a 5-star hotel environment
  • Advanced knowledgeable of Resort operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both in Chinese and English
  • Able to multi-task (multi-skills), flexible with work schedule
  • Able to lead a diverse and supportive work environment
  • Deep understanding of budgets and operational cost
  • Sports/fitness knowledge or related certifications would be a strong plus
