Job Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area. • Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. • Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order. • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Job Requirements: • 1 year experience in the housekeeping or related professional area. • Good communication skill in Cantonese, Mandarin and English verbal, listening and writing. 工作職責: • 按照公司指引程序進入客房為客人收拾房間。 • 更換客房內的設施和用品。 • 檢查房間內所有物品、電器等是否齊全且運作正常。 • 向上級報告客人遺失之物品,並按公司指引程序處理。 • 及時響應客人和其他部門的要求。 • 執行由上級分配之其他職責以滿足業務需求。 工作要求: • 1 年客房服務或相關工作經驗優先考慮。 • 良好的粵語、普通話和基本英語口語、聽力和寫作能力。
