Our client is seeking for an Admin Manager for their garment factory and logistics company in Macau.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the company, facilitating communication and collaboration among departments to ensure the efficient functioning of all business segments.
Design and optimize internal administrative management policies and process standards, driving effective implementation.
Assist in team management, monitoring employee performance evaluations and talent development.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least five years of management experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with trade and logistics operations, and must have a background in logistics companies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Willingness to travel occasionally (within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area).

良好的中英文書面及口頭表達能力;
能接受不定期出差(粵港澳地區)。
