Assistant Officer, Distribution Operation - Insurance (11-mth contract, 14k/mth)

Our client is a global insurance company, seeking an Assistant Officer for Distribution Operations on an 11-month contract in Macau office. This role is essential in facilitating new business operations for the Financial Institution (FI) Channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify the documentation of Mainland Chinese Visitors to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct thorough checks for document accuracy to support business operations.
  • Troubleshoot sales tools to assist the sales team in maximizing efficiency.
  • Handle direct sales interactions, providing support to clients as needed.
  • Conduct pre-sale interviews to gather necessary information from potential clients.
  • Follow up on new business documentation to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain and update data accurately in relevant systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
