Our Client is a Property, Transportation and Facility Management Company based in Macau. Due to its rapid expansion and growth, the group is seeking passionate and talented individual to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify and resolve any issues.

• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.

• Macau Registered Civil Engineer is a MUST.

• 4-5 years of site experience in construction project management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
