HR & Admin Officer人力資源及行政專員 (5-day Work Week, 歡迎畢業生)

Our client is an industry leader cross Macau - a dynamic organization with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of success. They offer a working environment that is free spirited, friendly and empowering with many like-minded colleagues. As part of their continual expansion, they are seeking an HR Officer to join and grow with them.

 

  • Perform office HR support

  • 5-day work week with government holidays

  • Young and friendly working environment

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support operations of payroll outsourcing services.

  • Handle employee onboarding processes for both outsourced and in-house staff.

  • Manage the receipt, response, and filing of government correspondence.

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly tax and social security fund declarations.

  • Provide support to the temporary payroll team and follow up on work injury cases.

  • Assist the visa processing team in their operations.

  • Coordinate meeting room arrangements and handle HR-related documentation.

  • Carry out other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Well-organized, proactive, and adaptable.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Familiarity with Macau's Labor Law is preferred.

  • 支援薪酬外包業務的日常運作

  • 處理員工入職流程,包括外包員工及公司內部員工

  • 負責政府信函的接收、回覆及存檔

  • 支援所得稅及社保基金的月度和季度申報

  • 支援臨時員工薪酬團隊和工傷案件跟進

  • 支援簽證團隊運作

  • 安排會議室及處理人力資源相關文書工作

  • 執行上級指派的其他臨時項目

 

要求:

  • 學士學位及以上學歷,歡迎應屆畢業生申請

  • 具備良好的中英文溝通及書寫能力

  • 熟練使用 Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • 具備良好的組織能力、積極主動、適應力強

  • 能夠獨立工作

  • 熟悉澳門《勞動關係法》者優先考慮
