Perform office HR support
5-day work week with government holidays
Young and friendly working environment
Responsibilities:
Support operations of payroll outsourcing services.
Handle employee onboarding processes for both outsourced and in-house staff.
Manage the receipt, response, and filing of government correspondence.
Assist with monthly and quarterly tax and social security fund declarations.
Provide support to the temporary payroll team and follow up on work injury cases.
Assist the visa processing team in their operations.
Coordinate meeting room arrangements and handle HR-related documentation.
Carry out other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Well-organized, proactive, and adaptable.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with Macau's Labor Law is preferred.

要求:
學士學位及以上學歷,歡迎應屆畢業生申請
具備良好的中英文溝通及書寫能力
熟練使用 Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
具備良好的組織能力、積極主動、適應力強
能夠獨立工作
熟悉澳門《勞動關係法》者優先考慮
