Retirement：
- Creating and maintaining business requirements for any IT application-related enhancements or projects;
- Working with business users to define requirements and solutions within properties;
- Collaborating with technical and product teams to provide informed system support and clarify requirements;
- Managing project teams and delivering consolidated solutions for integration, issues, and risks
- Manage and specify all team processes, making sure they adhere to Sarbanes Oxley and PMO standards;
- Produce high-quality deliverables in line with the SDLC process and Project Management Standards;
- Carry out feasibility studies for new projects in line with management directives and their effects on business operations.
- Ensures that project deliverables satisfy corporate objectives by managing project timeframes and validating them.
- Comply with the company's policies.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related business discipline
- 6+ years experience in the field of information technology, of which at least 2 year must be in similar nature of the present post
- Proficiency with Microsoft O@ice Automation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows) and an understanding of Microsoft Project and Visio are beneficial.
- Being familiar with Figma is beneficial.
- Knowledge of IT rules, procedures, and processes
- It is beneficial to have prior experience with hospitality applications, namely
Opera, Shiji POS, Shiji BYOD, Vingcard, FCS One, and OptiiKeeper.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
