工作內容

  • 協助西餐廚房日常營運,並遵守食品安全及衛生標準
  • 處理及預備食材(蔬果、肉類、家禽及海鮮)
  • 協助醬料製作、裹粉及基本烹調準備工作
  • 負責食材儲存、補給及廚房清潔衛生
  • 支援廚師運作,確保食品質素及自助餐擺盤表現
  • 協助庫存管理與食材盤點


職位要求

  • 具西餐烹飪相關經驗
  • 基本食品安全與衛生知識

Commis - Western

Job Description

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Western kitchen and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle and prepare ingredients (vegetables, meat, poultry, and seafood)
  • Assist in sauce preparation, breading, and basic cooking prep
  • Manage food storage, replenishment, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Support kitchen operations and ensure food quality and buffet presentation
  • Support inventory management and conduct ingredient stock checks to ensure adequate supply

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Western cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
