Job Highlights

Major Responsibilities:

Provide efficient and professional customer service to handle inquires, complaints, maintenance and ad hoc service through call, live chat and email
Managing pre-reserved products and handling inquiries both offline and online
Deliver outstanding service by offering consultative solutions to customer and providing VIP or specialized customer service either onsite or by phone, satisfaction across various channels
Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery to customers
Overseeing the membership program, reporting processes and drive KPI
Support ad hoc projects to ensure smooth team operations

Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
Excellent service manner, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure are preferred
Proficiency in English word processing & MS Office is essential
Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred

Working 9 hours per day with shift rotations (including weekends & public holidays)
