專員 - 資訊科技系統採購 Officer - IT Procurement

Job Description:
• This position is responsible for the purposes of purchase goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply
• Purchase goods, materials, components or services for the daily operations in IT Procurement
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may post a risk or impact on business operations
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures guidance during supplier negotiations and contracts award process
• Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to IT supplier relationships
• Explore alternate sources for goods and materials
• Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements
• Undertake research on and evaluate existing and new IT suppliers
• Contact IT suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues

Job Requirement:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in procurement, preferable within hotel industries
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to details and with problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Computer literate, to include but not limited to Microsoft Office, SAP etc
• Negotiation of deals
• Solid product knowledge of hospitality fields
• Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the company
• Bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area
