【招聘職位】:助理房務總監 Assistant Director of Rooms
 
【招聘人數】:1名(中國籍)

【性別/年齡】:男女均可/45歲以下

【薪金待遇】:面議

【工作時間】:每天9小時(含用餐時間1小時),需輪班,周休一天。

【職位要求】:需具備5年以上四星級或以上酒店前堂部工作經驗。

  1. 精通酒店运营系统(如 Opera PMS),熟练使用微软办公软件(Word, Excel, Power BI等)进行数据分析和报告制作;
  2. 能建立並監督SOP,制定服務標準;
  3. 能獨立處理緊急情況;
  4. 擅長處理各項投訴;
  5. 負責排班、培訓等工作。

【語言/學歷】:酒店管理、旅遊管理或相關專業本科及以上學歷
/流利英語、普通話、粵語
