【招聘職位】:宴會助理銷售經理 Assistant Catering Sales Manager

【招聘人數】:1名

【薪金待遇】:面議

【工作時間】:每天9小時(需配合活動安排靈活調配,周末及公眾假期如有活動需到場監督)

【職位要求】:

  1. 具備3年以上高星級酒店宴會銷售或會議活動統籌經驗,擁有穩固的本地及區域企業客戶網絡;
  2. 精通宴會銷售全流程,包括客戶開發、提案策劃、合約簽訂、活動執行及後續跟進,能獨立完成銷售目標;
  3. 擅長與客戶溝通,能準確理解客戶需求,並協調內部部門(廚房、宴會服務、工程等)確保活動順利執行;
  4. 具備優秀的組織與應變能力,能同時管理多個活動項目,並妥善處理現場突發情況;
  5. 熟悉酒店系統(如Opera, Shiji)及辦公軟件,能準備專業的銷售方案與報告。
