【招聘職位】：宴會助理銷售經理 Assistant Catering Sales Manager

【招聘人數】：1名

【性別/年齡】：男女均可

【薪金待遇】：面議

【工作時間】：每天9小時（需配合活動安排靈活調配，周末及公眾假期如有活動需到場監督）

【職位要求】：

  1. 具備3年以上高星級酒店宴會銷售或會議活動統籌經驗，擁有穩固的本地及區域企業客戶網絡；
  2. 精通宴會銷售全流程，包括客戶開發、提案策劃、合約簽訂、活動執行及後續跟進，能獨立完成銷售目標；
  3. 擅長與客戶溝通，能準確理解客戶需求，並協調內部部門（廚房、宴會服務、工程等）確保活動順利執行；
  4. 具備優秀的組織與應變能力，能同時管理多個活動項目，並妥善處理現場突發情況；
  5. 熟悉酒店系統（如Opera, Shiji）及辦公軟件，能準備專業的銷售方案與報告。
