Job Description:
• Adhere to all established standards of conduct and house rules, fire regulations as well as all department procedures and policies
• Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all time
• Ensure all wardrobe staff are appropriately attired at all times and escalate issues to wardrobe manager
• Assign job duties to wardrobe attendants according to daily roster and special tasks when applicable
• Supervises, organizes, trains, monitors and evaluates Wardrobe staff to provide excellent services
• Check physically the uniform to ensure they are in excellent condition
• Check physically that all the scanning of uniforms is properly done from collection to delivery
• Pro-actively keep himself/herself fully informed of all uniforms specifications and categories
• Ensure and test that all uniform colleagues are fully comfortable and aware of uniform specifications, style and categories as well as coming changes
• Assist the wardrobe manager to coordinate daily wardrobe fitting schedules and process
• Prepare and maintain fitting schedule
• Prepare the documentation required for each scheduled fitting
• Provide supervision and guidance to Wardrobe team members on the fitting process
• Responsible for supervising the new uniforms distribution from fitting to documentation and filling
• Assist Manager - Wardrobe in controlling the outsourced laundry provider scope of work to ensure a smooth operation
• Liaise with outside laundry contractors and suppliers as appropriate
• Support Linen Operation and Logistic as necessary
• Responsible for handling complaints escalated either by teleservice, email, duty manager, or reported and escalate, inform her/his superior
• Assist in processing uniform returns for terminated employees in accordance with Wardrobe policies
• Check regularly the uniform status and discard when applicable, following strictly the guidelines and procedures set. Will communicate to the superior the full inventory of discarded uniform prior getting rid of them
• Document all the uniforms with defects, uniforms repair in progress and report to Wardrobe Manager on the daily basis
• Accountable for registering and safe keeping all records on issuing, returning, disposal of garments
• Handle and file all related document regarding daily uniform collection and delivery of outsource laundry
• Immediately escalate and investigate discrepancies in uniforms quantities between the laundry and hotel operation
• Ensure all uniform data are correctly input in to the Uniform System
• Escalate any difficult situations or problems
• Conduct on the job training for seamstress and Wardrobe attendants
• Conduct the training linked to the conveyor operation including the safety procedures training
• Conduct the training linked to loading clean uniform procedure, and safety issue
• Responsible to deliver daily briefing to Seamstress and Wardrobe attendants
• Responsible with the manager to coordinate and conduct disciplinary interview
• Maintain a good communication with other departments, outsource laundry and uniform supplier
• Responsible for ensuring that all the emergency procedures are followed strictly
• Responsible for ensuring that all hygiene rules are strictly followed
• Responsible to keep storage area tidy and stocked as per set up standards
• Keep an open communication with the Manager Wardrobe
• Make suggestion for improvements either work process or work environment
• Ensure that the seamstress areas, equipment are maintained cleaned and in a perfect operating condition

Job Requirement:
• High school graduated or above
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in a similar role
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Good verbal communication in English
• Basic supervisor/management skills required
• Fully aware of Fire Life Health Safety and Security standards - Diligent attention to safety
• Must be able to work on shift and lift up objects
