負責協助調酒員為賓客介紹、準備及端上飲品；同時亦須維持酒吧的整潔、作好款客擺設及倉存管理等工作。以確保團隊成員為賓客帶來五星級的禮遇及有效率的服務。

職位介紹:

• 須作好酒吧區域的款客擺設
• 經常保持酒吧及所有硬件設備的清潔整齊
• 須作出倉存管理及控制每月存貨
• 保持菜單及飲品單的整潔
• 熟悉菜單及飲品單內各貨品，以便向客人作出介紹及推薦

職位要求:
工作經驗：具最少一年於酒店及餐廳，從事客戶服務的工作經驗
技能 / 證書：熟識各類飲品及酒吧運作，具簡單現金處理經驗
教育程度：小學畢業或以上程度
語言能力：能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語
電腦應用：懂 Micros 電腦軟件操作者優先考慮

Job Purpose:
Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service. Assist the bartender to introduce beverages to guests and prepare and serve drinks. Clean and tidy the bar and setup bar for service.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup the bar for service
• Clean and tidy the bar and equipment frequently
• Report stock levels and help control monthly inventory
• Keep menus and beverage lists in good condition
• Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services, and upsell alternatives

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year related customer service experience in a hotel or restaurant
Knowledge/Certificates: Good product knowledge of beverages and bar operations; basic cash handling
Education: Primary school diploma or above
Language Abilities: Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Micros an advantage
