Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

Active acquire and prospect new customers, develop and strengthen their relationship with the bank in accordance with relevant business goals
Contribute to accomplish profit and growth targets
Manage the relationships with new potential customers and existing value customers, take chances in cross selling and engage actively in wealth management referrals
Handle loan application and prepare credit proposal
Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of branch banking service.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree holder
Minimum 1 year of experience of sales experience in the banking services
Good knowledge of retail banking products including mortgage loan, wealth management products, credit card, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and possess the initiative, drive and ability to work independently and in a team; Has the drive to succeed and is focused and disciplined to achieve the sales quota and revenue
