Membership Officer

Job Description

Be acquainted with Macau Fisherman's Wharf, particularly locations and service information of hotel rooms, F&B and casino for better supports to guests’ inquiry
Book hotel room of Legend Palace or other hotels as per guests’ request
Arrange transportation services upon guest’s requirement ( inform CR and transportation service counter by telephone about guest’s name, arrival time and date, location, number of guests for following up)
Issue valid ferry tickets according to guests’ requirement and payment terms

Job Specification

High school graduate or above
Macau BIR Holder
21 years old or above
1 year’s working experience in office/ membership management
Honest, service-oriented, and pleasant
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Maintain good grooming and a professional appearance
Basic knowledge on Membership/ Business Management and Computer usage (mainly Word & Excel)
