Our client is a reputable elevator company in Hong Kong with strong market recognition and a solid track record in delivering high-quality elevator solutions. To support its next stage of growth, they are now seeking a Sales Manager in Macau to expand the business, strengthen customer relationships, and drive new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end sales for Service, Modernization (MOD), and New Building Systems (NBS).
Achieve targets for orders, contracts, profitability, and support market price development.
Develop the market in Macau from 0 to 1 (new business growth).
Prepare and follow up tenders and proposals; support negotiation and deal closing.
Build and manage customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability.
Identify key decision makers, expand the customer base, and coordinate with internal teams to meet commitments.
Requirements:
Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering / Building Services (or related).
5+ years consultative sales experience (preferably in elevators/building services/E&E).
Strong experience in technical sales, tenders, negotiation, and closing deals.
Experience in key account management and strong communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English (written & spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude, able to handle pressure and change; immediate availability is an advantage.

任職要求:
相關專業本科:工商管理/市場營銷/工程/樓宇機電/相關學科。
5 年以上 顧問式銷售經驗(優先考慮:電梯/樓宇機電/機電工程或相關行業)。
具備良好的技術銷售、投標流程、談判與成交經驗。
有客戶管理經驗,溝通能力強。
粵語、普通話及英語(書寫及口語)流利。
熟練使用 Microsoft Office。
工作態度積極、責任心強,能應對壓力與變化;可立即上班者優先考慮。
