Assistant Relationship Manager - Banking 銀行助理客戶經理

Our client, a well-established Chinese bank in Macau, is now seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their bank for business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively promote and sell the bank’s retail products and services to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
  • Provide professional financial advice and personalized solutions to clients; cultivate and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support and participate in branch marketing and overseas sales initiatives, including client events and outreach activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail banking, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role preferred.
  • Strong interest in sales and marketing activities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proactive, results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is an advantage.

  • 為客戶提供專業的理財建議與個性化方案,建立並維持長期良好關係。
  • 處理客戶諮詢、投訴與突發事件,確保客戶滿意度。
  • 協助及參與分行行銷活動與海外推廣專案(如有),包括客戶活動與外展工作。

要求:
  • 大學或以上學歷,主修金融、經濟、會計或相關專業。
  • 具備至少2年零售銀行或類似客戶服務/關係管理經驗者優先。
  • 對銷售與市場推廣具熱忱,並以客戶為中心。
  • 積極主動、具結果導向,擅長溝通與人際互動。
  • 能承受工作壓力並有效管理多項任務。
  • 能操流利粵語、普通話與英語者更佳。
