Our client is a contemporary art organization in Macau. They are now seeking for a Marketing / Account Servicing Executive for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients; ensure clear communication and high client satisfaction
Respond to client inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Create, design and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings, pitches and internal reviews
Ensure presentation materials are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, document organisation, filing and updates
Maintain records of client interactions, project timelines and key deliverables
Provide ad-hoc operational support to the team as required
Assist with execution of marketing initiatives, events and social media content creation
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
Support monitoring of basic marketing metrics and post-event/campaign follow-up
Take ownership of tasks and see projects through from initiation to completion with minimal supervision
Contribute creative ideas for presentation design, marketing approaches and client solutions
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a positive, flexible attitude in a small team environment
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience in account servicing, marketing, administration, or a creative agency environment
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with ability to manage business correspondence in both languages
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and AI design tools, able to produce clean, visually engaging decks
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
