Key Responsibilities Serve as the consulting lead for CRM initiatives, advising on solution design, customization, and implementation strategies. Partner with business stakeholders and BA teams to analyze, validate, and refine requirements into actionable solution roadmaps. Translate business needs into feasible, compliant application requirements aligned with Dynamics 365 standards. Provide architectural recommendations and system design proposals, guiding development teams through execution. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting solution options and ensuring alignment with business goals. Requirements Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, with both product knowledge and technical architecture experience. Proven track record in consulting, project delivery, and stakeholder management. Strong communication skills: fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory; effective negotiation and documentation abilities required. Experience in retail industry or loyalty marketing is a strong advantage. Location flexibility: based in Macao or Zhuhai preferred; remote consultancy acceptable for highly qualified candidates.
