Developer Manager Role Overview As a Developer Manager, you will lead and oversee our full-stack development team to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions. Your role bridges technology and leadership—ensuring high-quality execution, mentoring talent, optimizing team workflows, and aligning development efforts with business goals. Key Responsibilities * Lead the development team in designing, building, and maintaining web portals, mobile platforms, and enterprise applications * Provide strategic guidance across full-stack implementation, architecture decisions, and best practices * Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines to ensure timely project delivery * Oversee quality assurance, performance optimization, and issue resolution throughout the SDLC * Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business requirements * Facilitate training, mentorship, and professional development for team members * Author and review technical specifications, design documents, and API documentation * Monitor adherence to ISO 27001 standards and internal workplace policies * Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and development tools to enhance productivity and product quality * Cultivate a high-performing, agile, and collaborative team culture Requirements * Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline * 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role * Solid knowledge of AEM, HTML/CSS/JS, Node.js, and modern frameworks (Angular/React/Vue) * Strong understanding of system architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, and secure coding practices * Experience with cross-platform mobile development (Android, iOS) and .NET (C#, ASP.NET) is advantageous * Familiarity with Linux environments, shell scripting, and deployment procedures * Proficient in complex SQL queries and version control systems (Git/SVN) * Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal * Proven leadership ability with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving Preferred Attributes * Effective multitasking, delegation, and conflict resolution abilities * Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated experience in policy compliance, team motivation, and workflow refinement * Passion for technology and cultivating growth in others
