Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customizations, modules, and integrations on the Landray EKP platform. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and eAicient Landray-based solutions. • Develop and customize workflows, forms, templates, and portals using Landray's built-in tools and development framework. • Build and maintain seamless integrations between Landray EKP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS) using APIs, web services, and middleware. • Optimize the performance, security, and scalability of the Landray platform. • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions and technical support. • Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. • Stay updated with the latest Landray platform features, updates, and best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3 years+ of hands-on development experience specifically on the Landray EKP platform. • Proven experience in Landray secondary development, including custom module development, workflow customization, and form design. • Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud). • Solid experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and SQL optimization. • Practical experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and Web Services (SOAP). • Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Experience integrating Landray with other enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.). • Knowledge of Landray's MK mobile platform development. • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
