【招聘職位】：助理房務總監 Assistant Director of Rooms
 
【招聘人數】：1名(中國籍）

【性別/年齡】：男女均可/45歲以下

【薪金待遇】：面議

【工作時間】：每天9小時（含用餐時間1小時），需輪班，周休一天。

【職位要求】：需具備5年以上四星級或以上酒店前堂部工作經驗。

  1. 精通酒店运营系统（如 Opera PMS），熟练使用微软办公软件（Word, Excel, Power BI等）进行数据分析和报告制作；
  2. 能建立並監督SOP，制定服務標準；
  3. 能獨立處理緊急情況；
  4. 擅長處理各項投訴；
  5. 負責排班、培訓等工作。

【語言/學歷】：酒店管理、旅遊管理或相關專業本科及以上學歷
/流利英語、普通話、粵語
