Branch Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall branch operations, sales performance, service quality, and risk management.
Develop and execute branch business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and customer growth targets.
Drive the promotion of banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the branch's client portfolio.
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
Handle escalated customer issues and maintain excellent service standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
10+ years of retail banking experience, including at least 5 years in a branch management or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, wealth management, investment, and insurance products.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong business development, sales management, and customer relationship skills
