To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Senior Visual Merchandiser

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for in-store merchandising and window display designs
• Able to follow corporate guidelines and standards
• Coordinate projects with associated departments and production house
• Plan and design festive decorations to meet our marketing goals
• Conduct shop visits and collaborate with retail operations to ensure adherence to guidelines, maintaining a global brand image
• Assist in budget planning

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree holder in art or visual merchandising or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in the retail-based visual merchandising field
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling stressful situations
• Good written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Proficient in Mac OS, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Basic 3D model skills are a definite plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work after hours for display setup is required
