Assistant Vice President - Food and Beverage餐飲部助理副總裁

Responsibilities
 
  • Oversees the operations of F&B, F&B outlets and staff canteen, which includes leading all employees, ensuring F&B Division meets quality and food service regulatory requirements, and making sure customers are provided with exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Strategic planning for specific creating business , implementing and evaluating the results of executing the plan, in regard to a company’s overall long-term goals.
  • Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.
  • Promotion planning with new campaigns to attract customers and constantly expanding the client base.
  • Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases.
  • Supervises the remodeling refurbishment and other building design enhancements applicable to food and beverage services.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures for F&B Division.

Requirements

  • Associate or Catering Management Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
  • 15+ years working experience in F&B fields is necessary, with and hotel working experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel & POS operation.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Require the ability to handle multiple priorities as well as strong leadership and motivational skills, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong food and beverage safety, wine and products storage knowledge.
  • Ability to develop marketing plans to maintain brand freshness and exposure.
