Job Description:
• Up-date and sign off on training for Spa therapists, Spa concierge, Fitness instructors and Pool life guards and attendants
• Conduct retail training for Spa attendants, Spa concierge as well as Pool attendants and Fitness attendants and instructors
• Ensure that every new comer has an exhaustive and complete training where all protocols are explained and that the new comer has been evaluated before performing on his own
• Participate in the elaboration of yearly budget
• Participate in the compilation of Spa and Recreation marketing plan
• Perform and schedule retail stock taking
• Is accountable and responsible for overseeing health and safety mandatory check, such as water test, legionella, hygiene test, air test, physical facilities inspection, as well as all engineering mandatory and technical checks
• Perform all duties and responsibilities required by his position at a high professional level and with friendly attitude at all time
• Supervise Spa, Gym, reception and Retail area directly
• Check male and female relaxation rooms, changing rooms, heat and water experience, linen room and preparation of the different rooms, areas and offices regularly
• Support the Director - Spa & Recreation will be the first point of contact in case of emergency
• In the absence of the Director - Spa & Recreation will be the first point of contact in case of emergency
• Train and test on all emergency procedures
• Obtain from engineering maintenance report according to checklist
• Check and perform walk through with Engineering for all preventive and ongoing maintenance to ensure the facilities are in perfect state of maintenance
• Deal with complaints
• Review the Spa reservation system daily to ensure bookings are made correctly for efficient revenue maximization
• Creating effective schedule to meet needs to OPS and productivity prior presenting to Director - Spa & Recreation

Job Requirement:
• Diploma degree or above
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in Spa and / or Recreation field within large size properties, Casino properties and Hotels, with minimum of 5 years management experience is preferred
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Basic Fitness Trainer license is preferable
• Know the market and the competition, excel in strategies and tactics in the market place
• Good computer knowledge; able to use property management systems
• Excellent communication skills and organization skills
• Able to work on shift
