Corporate Account Manager

Our client is one of the global leaders in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, they are now seeking for a Corporate Account Manager for Macau business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development and management in the region; achieve annual and existing-customer sales targets in line with the sales strategy; develop new customers; plan and organize daily customer management activities.

  • Maintain good communication with existing and potential customers; analyze customer needs; recommend solutions to customers based on the team's strategy and company projects; provide regular progress reports to supervisors.

  • Understand and be familiar with customers' real-world product usage; provide professional recommendations; communicate fluently in English (listening, speaking, and writing) and report updates promptly.

  • Conduct sales activities with customers, develop new business opportunities, and develop and execute customer sales plans.

  • Based on technical capabilities and sales skills, complete sales and service tasks for the assigned area; stay in close contact with customers; manage customer activities and perform work required to expand the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • Fluently in Chinese and English

  • 3+ years of industrial direct sales experience, preferably serving building and hotel industry customers; understand relevant production operations and have interest in technical sales work.

  • Reliable and steady; highly proactive and positive toward work; able to handle high workload pressure and strong intensity.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; passionate about developing customers and expanding the market.
