Teller 銀行櫃員

Our client, a well-established Chinese bank in Macau, is now seeking a Teller to join their bank for business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process counter transactions including cash deposits/withdrawals, fund transfers, bill payments and cheque handling.
  • Provide prompt, professional and friendly customer service; respond to enquiries and resolve routine issues.
  • Promote and cross-sell retail banking products; refer prospects to relationship managers or relevant sales staff.
  • Support branch back-office and operational tasks, including documentation, reconciliation and cash management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a teller or in a similar front-line banking role preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic accounting/ reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a plus.

  • 提供及時專業的客戶服務,回應查詢並處理一般問題。
  • 向客戶推介及交叉銷售銀行產品,並將合適客戶轉介予客戶經理或銷售團隊。
  • 支援分行後台運作工作,包括文件處理、賬務核對與現金管理。

要求:
  • 大學或以上學歷,主修金融、經濟、會計或相關專業。
  • 具至少5年櫃面或相關銀行前線工作經驗者優先。
  • 以客戶為本,具備良好溝通能力及服務意識。
  • 工作細心、具責任感,能在快節奏環境下抗壓工作。
  • 熟悉現金處理程序及基本帳務核對者優先。
  • 流利粵語、普通話與英語者更佳。
