行政主任 - 銷售 Administrator - Sales

 Job Description:
• Assistant the team for project process, such as scoping, preparation, procurement, report and conclusion
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Deliver engaging, informative, well organized presentations
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
• Handle Vice President’s correspondences, extensive diary and complex travel arrangements
• Create and file all financial documents, such PR, SR, CER and CRR
• Ensure to keep good record of all in and out-going correspondences (both internal and external) and in good order
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President - Sales and other sales team members
• Liaise with relevant parties (both internal and external) in scheduling meetings, coordinating returns and monitoring action plans
• Monitor daily attendance, annual leave, sick leave, special leave and resignation for the team members with adherence to company policies and Macau Labor Law Ensure that all attendance reports are in Mizzisoft (current) and later to Kronos’ virtual roaster
• Coordinate with HR regarding sales team members related forms including but not limited to Coaching Letters, End of Probation Reviews, Staff Requisition, Letter of Offer and others
• Prepare all access required for the new Team Members including door access, window account, SAP account, email account and others
• Perform others duties as assigned

Job Requirement:
• Diploma in business management school
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication in English, ideally fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge in typing and computer literacy, record keeping and inventory, problem solving and reporting
• Positive attitude
• Professional appearance
• Ability to function well as part of a team
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Full understanding of the SJM vision, values and standards
