Job Description: • Implements and maintains Compensation & Benefits programs, policies, and practices • Ensures effective delivery of all C&B processes and procedures • Monitors the C&B team for administration and implementation tasks • Manages C&B programs, including position evaluations, salary benchmarking, and proposals for new hires, promotions, or transfers • Assists in analyzing market salary/benefit trends and conducts benchmarking • Manages employees’ insurance and pension plans • Advises on salary increase requests and new hire offers • Maintains positive relationships with external service providers • Develops and maintains HR databases and reporting tools for data accuracy • Prepares HR reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders • Conducts research and analysis on HR metrics to inform strategy and decision-making • Completes other assigned tasks in a timely manner Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role • Knowledge of local labor laws and legislation • Skills in benchmarking and capturing market intelligence on compensation and benefits • Profound knowledge of Compensation HRIS • Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, PowerPoint, MS SQL Server, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, Python, and CAD • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail in data analysis • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English Interested parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@sjmresorts.com • Hotline 82970957 / 65903640
