This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and troubleshooting network issues. A deep understanding of network architecture, server and database management, cloud services, and cybersecurity is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure
- Ensure network security and troubleshooting network issues
- Monitor system security and integrity
- Ensure adequate system backup is conducted and maintained
- Ensure data security and performance, verify, and store timely backups
- Develop and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, both at the hotel and corporate levels
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and maintenance
- Experience in IT application support, experience in hotel is an advantage
- Hands-on knowledge of supporting VMWare, Veeam, Active Directory, NPS-Radius, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, network & security
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HCIP, CCNA, MCSE, ITIL) are an advantage
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MYSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, ability to work under pressure and good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Macau ID holder only
