We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to lead our team, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with Thai brands (Beauty Brand). This role is pivotal in driving business performance and ensuring efficient operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of Beauty Advisor to achieve targets.

• Analyze market trends and provide strategic business recommendations.

• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate information flow and resource sharing.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.

• Train new employees to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a business-related field.

• 5 years of retail sales experience with at least 3 years in beauty or luxury brand management and at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong data analysis and market research abilities.

• Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape.
